A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, this is to be paid at the time of booking to secure the appointment:

• New client consults - $50
• Eyebrow Tattooing - $100
• All other appointments - $50

If the patient does not go ahead with treatment or purchase products on the day the deposit will be used to cover the therapist’s time for the consult.

Appointments with Kelly require a $50 consult fee as well as a $50 deposit.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour’s notice, the patients on the waitlist will be called in an attempt to fill the appointment time. If the appointment is not able to be filled the deposit will be forfeited. A deposit will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.If the appointment can be filled, the deposit will roll over to the next appointment.

In the event an appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice the deposit will remain on the customer’s account. This can be used at any time for a future appointment or to purchase products.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a “no-show”. All deposits will be taken as a fee. Another deposit will be required before any future bookings can be made.
