Laser for Sun-Damaged Skin

Sun exposure is one of the leading causes of premature ageing and uneven skin tone. Over time, UV damage can lead to sun spots, freckles, blotchy pigmentation and dullness. At KGA, we treat sun-damaged skin with the Enlighten laser by Cutera—an advanced picosecond and nanosecond laser system that targets excess pigment with precision and minimal disruption to surrounding tissue.

The Enlighten laser breaks down unwanted pigment deep within the skin, allowing your body to naturally clear the damaged cells. This promotes a clearer, more even complexion and supports healthy skin renewal over time. It is a safe and effective solution for treating pigmentation caused by sun exposure, particularly on the face, chest and hands.

Fade pigmentation, improve skin clarity and restore a more even tone with advanced laser technology.

Pre & Post Treatment Care

Before treatment, avoid sun exposure and fake tan for at least 2 weeks. Discontinue active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs and vitamin C 3 to 5 days before your appointment. On the day, arrive with clean skin and no makeup.

After treatment, pigmentation may temporarily darken before flaking or fading. Mild redness or sensitivity can occur and usually resolves within a few days. Avoid heat, sun, active ingredients and exfoliation for at least 3 to 5 days. Apply a gentle moisturiser and high-SPF sunscreen daily to protect and support your results.
