Pre & Post Treatment Care
Ahead of your appointment, avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning medications or supplements such as aspirin or fish oil for at least 24 hours. Skip brow waxing, tinting or tweezing in the week prior. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have used Roaccutane in the last six months, microblading is not suitable.
After treatment, expect your brows to appear darker for the first few days. Some flaking or dryness is normal as the skin heals. Avoid touching, picking or wetting the brows excessively. Refrain from intense exercise, saunas, swimming and makeup in the brow area for 10 days. Apply only the aftercare balm provided, sparingly, and let the pigment settle naturally. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled 4 to 6 weeks later to refine shape and pigment retention.
